1. Who we are
PTEpro is operated by Digital Skills Mentor, based in Pakistan. By creating an account or using PTEpro, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. The service
PTEpro provides practice materials, automated and AI-assisted scoring, and full mock tests for PTE Academic and PTE Core. Scores and feedback are estimates intended to support your preparation — they are not issued by, affiliated with, or guaranteed to match scores from Pearson or the official PTE exam.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
4. Payment and access
Paid plans are a one-time payment, not a subscription — there is no auto-renewal and no card kept on file. Buying a plan grants full access for the number of days stated at checkout (30, 60, or 90 days) from your purchase, or from your current access expiry if you still have time remaining. Choose Buy & Redeem Later to receive a coupon whose access period begins on redemption instead. When that period ends, you keep your account and progress, but need to buy another plan to continue practising. All payments are processed by our payment provider, Bank Alfalah; we never receive or store your full card details.
5. Refunds
All plan purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Because plans are inexpensive one-time digital-access purchases with an immediate free trial available before buying, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or partial use of a plan. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a payment that failed but was still deducted), contact us — see Section 8 — and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to bypass scoring, share paid access, scrape content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Affiliate earnings and instructors
An eligible purchase using your referral code or link earns you 20% of the amount actually paid after discounts. Commission becomes available after payment verification, for both purchase choices. Self-referrals are not eligible. Your code and link remain the same across purchases. Claims require at least Rs 500 in available earnings and valid bank or wallet details. Admins review claims and make payouts manually; available earnings do not mean an instant bank transfer. Refunds or chargebacks reverse the associated commission and may reduce future earnings if it was already paid. Instructor access is granted only by admins. Joining an instructor through a join link or a purchase with their referral code shares your full results history with them; you can leave from your affiliate page.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PTEpro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
